Completed in time for the 2018/19 ski season (ready to move in), the cottage is south facing and offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding ski area and surrounding snow-capped peaks. Built on the mountainside and located at the top of the resort of Val Thorens, you will have direct access to the Val Thorens ski slopes which offer ski slopes on snow from November to May. Access to the ski slopes cannot be easier, just cross the road in front of the chalet, put on your skis or snowboard and slip into the ski area. For those looking for a chalet at the foot of the slopes, the ultimate luxury for a ski holiday, Chalet Orlov is an excellent choice. The nearest ski lifts are 300 m away and Caron Square with the tourist office in the centre of Val Thorens is about 500 m. You can walk 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of the resort or use the shuttle service available on site for chalet guests.
The Orlov chalet is the only one of the three chalets available for sale. It is fully independent and has its own elevator and access.
The price is 2 960 000 € excluding VAT includes a private ski room as well as 3 car parking spaces in the garage. The chalet is sold furnished/equipped/ with sauna/spa area/home cinema (120 000 € to add to the price).
